In a nutshell, he did it by outsourcing in order to free himself up. And rather than suffering a setback in business due to having people “less effective” doing some of the things he had to do, the business actually grew.
The bottomline I got out of it was this. Don’t be afraid to consider outsourcing ANYTHING that may be taking up a bulk of your time. And by using personal assistants that are halfway around the world, at $5 an hour (with college degrees), you can free yourself up to really grow the business.
